KULT News found some of the most jaw dropping scenery America has to offer in the great outdoors of Oregon as we traveled the state doing First Amendment audits. Our visit to Sweet Home, OR was especially memorable for us as it was the home of our first pepper spray taste tester. The nice man had cleansed his pallet with water for breakfast, Gatorade for lunch, and pepper spray for a late afternoon snack. Even though the snack was free of charge, he seemed somewhat ungrateful for the gift. Would the responding small town cop side with KULT News or would he side with the local yokel? WATCH AND FIND OUT! We also checked out a local swimming hole and some nearby waterfalls and, coolest of all, visited the deepest lake in the United States and hiked to the too of a volcanic cone in the middle of the lake. If you want to skip the previews (aka spoiler alerts) then skip to the :23 second mark in the video. Want to support our mission and/or assist with our legal fees? OUR MERCH STORE: https://www.bonfire.com/store/kultnew... ————————————————- Often using police body camera footage, 911 call recordings, and covert camera angles, with a few laughs thrown in, KULT News is a First Amendment audit channel you won’t soon forget. Enjoy the deer-in-the-headlights looks as incompetent cops see a mild-mannered citizen just out taking photos turn into a news reporter well-versed on his Constitutional rights right before their eyes. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Write to us at [email protected] 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 We often post links to our audits on our Instagram and Facebook stories feed a full day before they can be seen on YouTube. 😃 Instagram: @KULTnewsUSA Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...
