During the 5th SAFETY4SEA Singapore Forum, Lennart Ripke, Senior Consultant – Commercial Director, Green-Jakobsen, examined how human performance can be enhanced during periods of change by creating an environment that supports reflection, learning, and psychological safety. The 5th SAFETY4SEA Singapore Forum took place on 22nd of October 2025, at The Westin Singapore, where maritime safety and crew welfare were seen under a different light with the help of experts and professionals from various areas of the maritime industry.
