They eat, drink, sleep, and breathe Nova Scotia and are natural advocates for our vibrant culinary products and experiences. In Amy’s case, she is also a mentor and an inspiration to many who work or are pursuing careers in this industry. Not only does she wholeheartedly believe that supporting local helps support the future of our province, but she is also educating the future leaders of our industy as a faculty member at the NSCC Kingstec Campus in Kentville. In addition to shaping the future, her role as an educator extends into other ventures, such as leading Nova Scotia Wine Education Seminars, promoting Nova Scotia abroad at trade shows, and more!
