A mega unsupported packrafting / hiking daytour of no less than 58 km in the Belgian Ardennes (43 km paddling + 15 km hiking): 10h00 Departure Berguème - Ourthe Occidentale 12h06 Arrival small dam Lac de Nisramont 13h09 Stuck in ice on Lac de Nisramont - take out and carry 13h47 Departure Pont du Fays - Ourthe 15h15 Arrival Maboge 15h25 Departure Maboge 16h16 Arrival La Roche-en-Ardenne after 43 km of paddling 17h10 Departure La Roche-en-Ardenne after packrafting / hiking transition 20h13 Arrival Berguème after 15 km of hiking Weather is dark and gloomy all day, with little wind and a temperature stuck around -2°C. Note that a trip such as this is only possible under the right conditions: Flow on both Ourthe Occidentale and Ourthe between legal limits Preferably no wind nor precipitation Good physical condition as there is no time for prolonged breaks for lunch nor anything else (Amberloup: 4.75 m3/s; Nisramont: 22.4 m3/s)
