We are excited to have Michelle Tullo and Marissa Codey share the story of Trillium, a community land trust serving Columbia County. Many of your communities are bringing concerns about housing affordability, so let’s learn about options and community partners working to address these challenges. The mission of Trillium CLT is to provide permanently affordable housing to low- and moderate-income households in a manner that utilizes climate-friendly design and fosters community stewardship of land. Bios: Michelle Tullo is the Housing Justice Director for the City of Hudson where she works on the preservation and development of affordable housing. She is an urban planner with a background in housing, transportation and sustainable land use planning. Marissa Codey is Special Projects Advisor at the Columbia Land Conservancy. Marissa has 20+ years in conservation and transaction work, including the establishment of CLC’s first ground lease project, Thompson-Finch Farm, based on Community Land Trust principles. Jan 28, 2026
