If you are replacing physiologic testosterone correctly, you should not need an aromatase inhibitor. There is no mystical genetic over aromatizer. It is excess body fat, too much alcohol, poor thyroid function, insulin resistance, or big bolus injections creating rollercoasters. Start by tightening the basics: increase injection frequency, lose the weight, cut the drinks, fix your sleep, and move more.
