1980s The Star-Spangled Banner - National Anthem Station Signoff *note there are a lot of flashes*

Ok this isn't something I would normally upload. It has no context on where and when it was broadcast. I chose to upload it because I have never seen a two verse version of the sign off. I can't tell what the second verse is but it is not the normal verse repeated. This came from a clipped tape. All of the commercials had been clipped on the fly. I don't know what market it came from and I don't have a good date for it, but the other content was from the early 80s (1981/82) Perhaps a viewer can shed more light on this version.
