Sound test comparing the newly released Ice Cap SA keycaps from Signature Plastics, the first SA set in dye-sublimated PBT, to double shot ABS SA keycaps from several different sets. SP's PBT SA keycaps are made from the same molds as their ABS counterparts, so thickness and dimensions are the same between the two materials. As SP noted in their description for the set, there is some slight warping, especially on the bottom edge of the keycaps. However, I don't really see this as an issue, as you can't really notice when the keycaps are on your board. Sound and feel: The PBT keycaps make a slightly lower pitch sound compared to the ABS ones. They are fairly smooth in texture, but are slightly more textured than glossy ABS SA keycaps and much less textured than fully textured ABS keycaps (such as those from SA Commando 23).
