New Purdue University center will feature innovative learning space

Purdue's new Thomas S. and Harvey D. Wilmeth Active Learning Center was designed to meet the needs of the University’s highly innovative IMPACT (Instruction Matters: Purdue Academic Course Transformation) program. The building’s unique blended learning spaces and efficient, multipurpose functionality will support and enhance the natural flow of learning, both inside and outside the classroom. Appropriately located in the heart of Purdue’s West Lafayette campus, the center is just one example of the University’s commitment to deliver higher education at the highest possible value, as outlined in its Purdue Moves strategic initiatives. The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2017.
