To create your one of a kind website, check out! https://www.odoo.com/r/7wg4 After World War I, France built the Maginot Line, a massive defense network along its border with Germany, to deter future invasions. Anticipating this obstacle, German planners devised bold strategies to overcome it, including the creation of an enormous artillery piece. The German company Krupp began developing this weapon, drawing on their experience with railway guns from earlier conflicts. The result was Schwerer Gustav, a colossal gun weighing 1,490 tons, with a barrel length of nearly 107 feet, capable of firing 80 cm shells up to 29 miles. Despite its immense cost of 10 million Reichsmarks, Krupp provided this engineering marvel to the German military for free, symbolizing their support for the war effort.
