My light set-up pretty much washes the variation in color out, but it's obvious when you view the vehicle close-up. This issue doe disappear when looking at the kit from afar (like when putting it on display...). Thin areas on the yellow pieces will show any darker color the are placed above. This is demonstrated best by the 2x2 smooth sloped pieces on the upper door section. I think it's a fun kit to build even if it lacks the detail of Technic complexity of the newer Creator Expert cars! Comments and suggestions are welcome!
