STRAIGHT TO BALI

For a whole month, the Gold Coast didn't break. Completely flat and freezing. Not one wave! Knowing I had a gap in-between trips, I decided to finally give in and spend a winter season in Bali. My plans were spontaneous and unexpected surprised kept popping up. This biggest surprise of all being the people I got to spend time with. The sense of home and familiarity kept me in Canguu nearly the whole time. Maybe it was the mini Ecuador team, the Surfer's Bar community or the special surfs... During this time, I got hot a Ceibo screening at Pablo Luna Studio in Ubud, learn about the Sungai Watch team's clean up efforts and assist in a river clean up; https://sungai.watch I also got to compete in the Quiksilver Airshow in Canguu and somehow landed a few airs to take the win. It was a wonderful month and I am so grateful for this memory. We finish this video with another adventure so stay posted for next weeks video!
