welcome back to another week in my life living in Sydney!! 🇦🇺 this week’s vlog is all about putting myself out there and making the most of life in this beautiful city… even when it feels a bit scary 🥹 I headed to Haus of Spin for the very first time – a spin class I’ve been wanting to try since moving here! 🚴‍♀️ this was actually part of a Sydney Working Holiday Girls event so I could meet other girls who are also here on a working holiday visa I was super nervous (putting yourself out there is hard, especially when you’ve moved to the other side of the world 🥺), but I went for it… and I made a new friend!! 🫶 honestly felt really proud of myself 🥺 I also met up with an Instagram friend I originally knew in London for my first ever Yo-Chi in Coogee 🍦(life-changing, tbh), trying out sock curls (they actually worked!!), and a wholesome lil day out in Manly with my uni friend – we grabbed brunch at Fika and had a proper catch-up by the beach 💛 Friday night was spent at a Rugby League match – Rabbitohs vs Roosters 🏉 the atmosphere was wild (Rabbitohs won) and Saturday was full of wandering Paddington: brunch at Barbetta, browsing Paddington Markets, independent bookstores and cute coffee shops, before walking all the way to Sydney Opera House and catching the most beautiful sunset at Mrs Macquarie's Chair 🌅 we rounded off the week on Sunday with a lil foodie highlight – Paddy Chans in Newtown for an Irish-Chinese feast… and it was elite 👌 it’s a chatty, feel-good week full of stepping out of my comfort zone, trying new things, and slowly building a life here - hope you enjoy 💖 this is just the beginning of our working holiday adventure in Australia, and I’m bringing you along for all of it!
