🌴✈️ Surprised my African mom with a trip to Belize! 🇧🇿 From Sunset Caribe to Secret Beach, this trip was pure CHAOS in the best way. We stayed at the beautiful Sunset Caribe Belize resort, which gave us the perfect home base for all our adventures. On the first night we had dinner at Rain Rooftop Restaurant (yes, mama ordered like she owned the place). Then we went exploring at the famous Truck Stop Belize, because what’s vacation without snacks, games, and sitting in every recliner chair in sight? 😂 Of course, food was the real star: oxtails, plantains, rice… and then more plantains. By the time we got to Secret Beach Belize, we were basically professional eaters. Shoutout to the Secret Beach Bar and Grill for making us full and happy before mama tried to drown me in the pool (allegedly… the suspect is now in custody).
