Our clients may not know from the videos, but I am actually kind of a short guy. Thus, the mustang body style has always been a match made in heaven for me, as well as being a Fender guitar that I have always had a guilty pleasure for. This is a supremely comfortable guitar both in its body shape and scale length. What makes this Mustang most unique is the MP90 pickups that are in it, and they are brilliant. These pickups have a crystal-like brilliance to them in addition to maintaining great definition with overdrive. Combining both pickups in the middle selector position presents the classic Fender Mustang shimmer and chime that would make Mr. Cobain and many others proud. And to consider the affordability of this guitar…. Wow, what an instrument.
