Hello viewers! Today’s recipe is cheese terrine, trendy dessert recently in Korea. Before I try terrine, I thought why it is so on trend, but after I eat, completely change my mind😂 I love cream cheese so I made just basic, cheese terrine. But I think I’ll try matcha terrine. If it is good, I’ll upload that too.😊 I was surprised that ingredients are so simple. But you know, simple ingredients means need to be using more expensive ingredients😂😂😂 I add how to double boil and water bath for this recipe down below. Put heavy cream and white chocolate into the bowl. Using double boiler, let it melt completely. 2. Beat the cream cheese lightly. Add sugar and mix again. 3. Add eggs one at a time and mix. 4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix. Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined. 5. Sieve the batter for strain lumps, and pour the batter into pan, parchment paper on. And using water bath, bake 170C / 340F for bake 20min and down the heat to 160C / 320F and 30min more. *How to double boil chocolate and cream : In a pan or small pot, add water about 1/4 or 1/3 of the pan.
