Chapters 00:00 - Vlogging with Kit Lens & M100 (Day light) 01:15 - Cinematic Footage EOS M, ML & Kit lens (Graded in DR) 05:07 - Vlogging with Kit Lens & M100 (Low light) 05:46 - EOS M, ML & Kit lens (Graded in MLV App) I revisit two classic Canon cameras in 2025 — the Canon EOS M and the Canon M100 — to see if they can still deliver cinematic and vlog-ready footage on a budget. 🔹 I use the EOS M for cinematography with the 15-45mm kit lens, showing you exactly how it performs in real-world conditions. Very light color correction in Resolve & MLV App 🔹 The M100 is my go-to vlogging cam: I enhance the look using Dehancer to somehow make the compressed look of the M100 work with the "Filmic" style from Dehancer. 💬 Drop your thoughts in the comments — are you still rocking old gear too? *The most IMPORTANT thing to all of this is investing in a SOFTBOX. It helps tremendously. I bought a cheap softbox for around $15. I hope my video will provide insight for those who want to start a channel but are intimidated by all the $$$.
