It stands out apart from other traditional style dishes with its creamy, orangey-pink sauce.Putting together this special recipe is much more simple than it looks, making it a perfect dinner for any night of the week, to holidays, birthdays, and other occasions 🍝 This sauce is that good 😋 _______________________________________________________________________ Vodka Sauce: -3 tbsp Butter -3 tbsp Olive Oil -1/2 yellow Onion, diced -2 28 oz cans crushed Red Pack Tomatoes, plain -1 1/2 tsp Salt -crushed Red Pepper to taste -2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream -1/2 cup Vodka -1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese TIPS: *I recommend omitting garlic to allow the flavors of the heavy cream, vodka, and parmesan to stand out *Use Red Pack Tomatoes that are plain, without seasonings added *Add crushed Red Pepper to your liking *After adding Heavy Cream, simmer for up to 50 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
