Marluxia can only be defeated with no damage at level 1. He also has an insane amount of HP when compared to the other absent silhouettes. Instead of writing paragraphs, I recommend using a finishing leap combo followed by an arial slash combo. This combo requires finisher plus, sliding dash, flash step, guard pierce, finishing leap, 1 combo plus, 2 arial combo plus, and arial slash. Don't equip counter guard since this causes you to connect with the death circles when you are repelled towards them by Marluxia's normal scythe combo. This combo is amazing during the death circle summons since the combo allows you to evade the death circles and deal heavy damage while also re-positioning you between the death circles before they are summoned again. After the death circles, Marluxia will start using his DM moves alongside the rest of his attacks until he is defeated.
