I am sitting in the middle of a massive mountain of fresh organic Cactus Pads (Nopales)! This is one of the biggest harvests we've ever had. These vibrant green cactus pads are nutrient-rich and were grown naturally in the heart of our village. Join me as we carefully collect and sort through thousands of these shiny, healthy cactus pads. You can see the endless piles we’ve gathered—it’s an incredible sight! After sorting them out, I’ll be taking this fresh harvest to the Local Market to sell.
