Ditchford Public Footpath. The worst public footpath I have ever encountered.

Walking Wellingborough to Rushden could be easier and safer if the public footpath that I have recently discovered was fully accessible and cleared of green growth. The public footpath goes from Ditchford Weir, through the site of the old Chettles factory and on to Ditchford Road, Northamptonshire. Recently a padlock had to be cut off the main gate which led to some rumours to float about but after speaking with the previous owner. He enlightens me with his side of the story as he catches me walking through the yard. The Path needs clearing and I am sure I can take matters into my own hands, but is it my job to? Do I contact street doctor or do I call the masses and go for a stomp? Either way something needs to be done.
