Continuing our tour of Southwestern Arizona, we move to Yuma, AZ. Anxious to get the desert off from the past month of boondocking, we head to full hookups at the Westwind RV Resort. From Yuma it's a short hop across the Mexican border, so we head over to Los Algodones where we enjoy a little shopping and exploring. Dental work in Mexico is extremely common so we even take the opportunity in Algodones to get our teeth cleaned. After our week of luxury at the RV Resort, we head back into public land to continue our boondocking experience. We camp at Mittry Lake BLM and venture out to explore what other camping options are available in the area. We're surprised to learn that the Bureau of Land Management has several different cheap dry camping options, including LTVA or Long Term Visitor Areas and Recreation Sites in addition to what we're accustomed to.
