Find our where the ProForm HIIT H14 ranks against the best elliptical machines: https://www.treadmillreviewguru.com/b... The ProForm Pro HIIT H14 is the premium model in ProForm’s ellipticals. It’s not quite like an elliptical though. It has a more compact footprint than your standard elliptical as well as a pedal stroke that moves vertically and horizontally. It really feels like a hybrid machine that’s a cross between an elliptical and a stair-stepper. The pedal stroke moves up and down 10” and forward and back 5”. When you’re using it, it really works your legs. You can pedal forward and backward to target your lower body muscles differently, too. The pedals are oversized and 15” long to handle a wide variety of sized users. With this size, most users can position their feet in different ways. Plus, the pedals are cushioned and textured to keep your feet from slipping. The ProForm Pro HIIT H14 provides a low-impact workout for your entire body. This is because the handles move in conjunction with the pedals. The handles primarily move laterally like an elliptical, and the motion reminds me of one. The moving handles offer a wide variety of places to grip for short and tall users alike. Our shortest reviewer prefers using the lower half of the handles, while our tallest reviewer likes using the top half. There are also two stationary inner handles that don’t move. These are great if you just want to work your lower body. They can also be used when getting on and off the machine because they don’t move. One thing to keep in mind is that the moving handles and pedals can be moved even when the Pro HIIT H14 isn’t plugged in, so it might be difficult for some users to get on and off. The compact design is largely due to the front flywheel drive system. It weighs 30 lbs and provides silent magnetic resistance. This heavy flywheel makes not only your pedal stroke feel smooth and stable, but the machine itself feels incredibly solid. It also has a 325 lb weight capacity and two long steel stabilizers that contribute to its heartiness. One thing to note is that the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 doesn’t fold up. It can be moved pretty easily by lifting the back part of the stabilizers and using the wheels on the front. One thing that makes the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 even more valuable in my opinion is the iFit enabled 14” touch screen. Here’s where you can access iFit’s large library of classes and take anything from elliptical, walking, hiking, and running workouts on the HIIT H14. There are also specific classes that use it, too. iFit has over 180 trainers with different styles to guide you through workouts on and off iFit-enabled machines. This makes iFit more of a complete training program rather than just a fitness app. It does require a monthly subscription to use and it comes free for the first 30 days. The one thing that surprised me about the ProForm Pro HIIT H14, is how challenging of a workout it can provide. The adjustable, practically silent hybrid trainer can have you sweating in minutes. This makes it perfect for high-intensity workouts. It can also be used for longer cardio sessions too. We suggest looking into the ProForm Pro HIIT H14 if you’re looking for a low-impact, compact machine to get a good workout on. 0:00 - Introduction 0:49 - Construction Overview 5:09 - Console/iFit Content Overview 11:09 - Functionality Demo 13:04 - Final Thoughts #proformhiittrainer #proformhiith14 #proform
