In this video, I have explained in detail that how to make the annual list of employees which is a legal obligation of all companies to submit this record at the end of the financial year. The Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is a social welfare organization established by the Government of Pakistan in 1976 to provide old-age benefits to industrial and commercial workers. EOBI aims to assist employees who are no longer able to work due to old age or disability. It is a mandatory program for all industrial and commercial organizations registered with the government of Pakistan. EOBI provides a range of services to its registered members, including old-age pension, survivor's pension, invalidity pension, and old-age grant. The old-age pension is paid to retired workers who have attained the age of 60 years, while the survivor's pension is paid to the widow or minor children of a deceased member. The invalidity pension is given to members who are unable to work due to a permanent disability, while the old-age grant is given to members who have attained the age of 65 years but have not completed the required number of years of service. All industrial and commercial establishments registered with the government of Pakistan are required to register with EOBI and contribute to the fund. The contribution rate is currently 5% of the minimum wage of the worker, which is paid by the employer on behalf of the worker. EOBI has a database of all its registered members, and it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that their employees are registered with EOBI and that their contributions are up-to-date. Despite its many successes, EOBI faces several challenges and issues that hinder its effectiveness. One of the significant challenges is the low contribution rate, which results in a low pension amount for retired workers. There is also a lack of awareness among workers and employers about the benefits of EOBI, which leads to a low registration rate. Furthermore, there are concerns about corruption and mismanagement within the organization, which has resulted in a lack of trust among the public. In conclusion, the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is a vital social welfare organization in Pakistan that provides old-age benefits to industrial and commercial workers. It is mandatory for all registered employers to contribute to the fund on behalf of their workers. Despite its many successes, EOBI faces several challenges, including low contribution rates, lack of awareness, and concerns about corruption and mismanagement. To address these challenges, the government needs to take proactive steps to improve the functioning of the organization and increase awareness among the public about its benefits For contribution Rates please click . https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Uwbe...
