First Day in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (City Tour, Chinatown, Central Market, Kampung Baru)

Starting our first day with MeeTarik in Chinatown. The noodles were absolutely comforting our stomach. We enjoyed the quiet morning of Chinatown where all the vendors ware still closed after late night. We walked around, and of course we couldn't miss out the "book store maze" aka BookXcess at REXKL. We arrived when they just open so we have a lil bit free space to enjoy around and took some picture. Pretty hot inside so be aware. We took walk around Chinatown because there are plenty of cool arts on the walls in some small alleys. Then, we came across Michelin Guide store - Kwan Kee Store to buy some cakes. there happened to be an Ice Cream store next to it so Joonas had to have ice cream. Then we continued walking towards Central Market. There are a lot of local shops that you can enjoy buying souvenirs for your loved ones. Continuing journey, we ended up at Masjid Jamek and walked from there to Merdeka Square admiring the views at there. What a pity there were some constructions around so you couldn't see the buildings well. It was so hot and humid, after that we headed back to the hotel to take some rest. In the evening, we just explored nearby neighborhoods. We are so glad that our hotel was so near Petronas Towers so we could see its beautiful light every night. We walked through Saloma bridge toward Kampung Baru area to have famous Nasi Lemak at Wanjo. I have to say it s goooood. I like the fried anchovies the most, however it s quite spicy for me, but seems like Joonas liked it (he loves spicy food). After dinner, we just walked around and observed how life of locals and went back to the hotel. That was our first day at Kuala Lumpur, more videos coming up soon. Enjoy the video!
