Please subscribe to my channel here / @tastedfood INGREDIENTS: mutton (1.5 cup) chinigura rice (1/2 kg) oil chopped garlic (1 tsp) onion (2 cup) bay leaf (3 pcs) cardamon (3/4 pcs) cinnamon (3/4 pcs) cardamom (4/5 pcs) clove (2 pcs) coriander powder (1/2 tbsp) red chili powder (1/2 tbsp) cumin powder (1 tbsp) biryani masala (1 tbsp) salt (to taste) peas (1/2 cup) carrot (1/4 cup) raisin (15/20 pcs) milk (1 cup) ghee (to taste) green chili (7/8 pcs) PREPARATION PROCESS: heat your pan pour cooking oil (quantitatively) add the chopped garlic into the pan fry until slightly brown add the onions cook 4/5 mins on medium flame add the whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, cardamom) fry until golden brown add coriander powder add 1/2 tbsp red chili powder add 1 tbsp cumin powder add 1 tbsp biryani masala add some water (as required) salt (to taste) cook 3/4 minutes on medium flame then add the mutton and mix well cook for 15 to 20 mins then add your chinigura or basmati rice mix well and fry the rice for 5/6 mins while continuous stirring add the peas add 1/4 cup chopped carrot add 15/20 pcs raisin add the milk give a good mix and cook for another 2/3 minutes (keep stirring) add water (for cooking the rice properly) cook until the water dries off then add some ghee & green chilies mix well cook 5/6 mins on low flame, make sure the rice is cooked properly serve hot! enjoy :) Background Music: BeatbyShahed / djshahmoneybeatz / beatbyshahed / djshahmoneybeatz / imshahed
