We can create custom colors to match your home or restore carpet to the original color. Not only is it more cost effective to dye carpet, you can be back on it the very same day. We have added a light blue to bring this carpet back to how it looked before the fading over the last 10+ years. The desired color is decided and we go to work mixing colors to obtain a perfect match. The carpet is then cleaned and prepared to accept the dye. Any staining issues are taken care of before we dye the room. The dye is mixed and then applied to the carpet using a heated spray system. Carpet fades differently in certain areas depending upon traffic and exposure to sunlight. We take these areas into special consideration. Any faded areas previously identified are now corrected to ensure even color throughout the carpet. A grooming brush is used to work the dye into the fibers evenly. The carpet is rinsed removing any dye that was not absorbed by the fibers. The dyeing process is now complete. The dyes are now set and will not bleed or transfer. The video does not do this one justice. When we were finished this room looked amazing and the customer was ecstatic! Painted walls and baseboards can be wiped off with no risk of color transfer. Other surfaces are protected before the work begins.
