Growing Space - Double Wood Spirit part 1

Jude is one of our talented participants, who created this time-lapse video of him wood carving a double wood spirit. He finds carving a great way to beat the isolation blues, and great for his mental health by focusing his mind on the project. This double wood spirit is a simple carving that is good for beginners to start on. The carving took about 3 hours to complete, using a piece of weathered pine that was left to dry for about 5 months. The stains are homemade using vinegar as a base liquid, together with other household items such as coffee and tea.
