I have a recipe that does not require any overnight proofing. One proof at room temperature and that's all it takes with very minimal butter. Happy baking to everyone across the world! :3 ──୨ৎ──Ingredients──୨ৎ── 𖹭 150ml (2/3 cup) water 𖹭 40g (2 tbsp) sugar 𖹭 5g (1 tsp) yeast 𖹭 300g (2 1/3 cup) bread flour 𖹭 1 tsp salt 𖹭 30g (2 tbsp) butter Knead by hand for 10-12 minutes until elastic.
