This is a simple quick video to easily get your stuck Chevy or Pontiac car key freed from the ignition switch super fast! You can perform the procedure with nearly any small flat metal object improvised as a prying tool if you do not have a pocket flat head screwdriver. Dead battery? No problem. Illustrated using a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt LS, but also applicable to all 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010 for both the Chevy Cobalt and the Pontiac G5 models. Applies to other GM models as well, check for the access door below the steering column as shown in the video and if it is there then more than likely this video will help you out with that model as well.
