Soul Zerker vs Akron - Epic Battle Fantasy 3

Soul Zerker is a strategy listed on the EBF wiki as being "popularized on the EBF3 comments section on Kongregate" and is listed as being a "common" way to defeat Akron. While it's been mercilessly meme'd on I thought it'd be fun to try and make an entire run out of it. Battle starts at 0:17 As yes, the big man himself, the boss this setup was made to defeat in the first place: Akron. I originally wanted to use Pirate Gear and Deep Blue to exploit the Water weakness of the Fire Crystal but that proved to be too unreliable and the one recording that did beat him completely lost the frame rate when a Cosmic Monolith showed up. To try and get something more consistent I opted to use a setup that's more neutral and focused on surviving. For better or worse there was no Cosmic Monolith this run but I did have to deal with a Skull Ghost. Fortunately, with the two front crystals being Fire and Ice Akron was weak to Power Metal and Nuke respectively so Lance was able to get in some good damage in. Soul Zerker may not be the most optimal way to take this boss out but it's definitely viable with the right setup.
