The Kernow Chilli Farm's "The Big Smoke" BBQ hot sauce is awesome. Its full of flavour, thick and HOT although we are getting use to the heat of it now. Its a family favourite even with those who don't particularly like spicy stuff. It is brilliant on hamburgers especially the Hungry Jacks (Burger King) Angry Whopper. It even makes a Big Mac tolerable. My wife loves it on hash browns, bacon and eggs she says its makes a wonderful breakfast sauce. Terry Kernow is a real nice guy and very passionate about his sauces and chillies. He even did "The Big Smoke Sauce" in a bigger plastic bottle for us to save on shipping. We will be ordering this sauce again as we put it on just about everything you would put a hot sauce on.. Do your self a favour and get some his sauces.
