Bad News - Aaron Frazer - Bass Cover - Request

Hello :) This is the requested transcription I've done of the Aaron Frazer song "Bad News" from his 2021 album "Introducing Aaron Frazer". I wasn't able to find who the bass player on this track was. If anyone knows, please let me know and I'll update this description. You can find this transcription at Muzento when you sign up with an Advanced Lesson Plan. This one is all about the rhythm. It's just a 2 chord song, but who ever the bass player was, they really show what you can do with just 2 chords! I had to use a different technique than what I normally use on this one. Normally I use my 4th finger and kind of "barre' to play the interval of a 4th. But on this one it didn't seem right. It felt off when I did that, so I used my 3rd and 4th fingers to play the interval and it felt much better. This is one of the things I love about making these videos and transcribing. It seems I'm always learning and finding different ways to play my bass. It's a life long journey and I'm okay with that :) I like how the bass player didn't use the 3rd of the chords very much. Instead they used the ninth which is a nice variation. It kind of makes it a little more "open" sounding. It also makes it a little more difficult as the interval of a 4th can be tricky sometimes on the bass (string crossing). I hope you enjoy it.
