"Only a few days ago, we lost students who are in the same institution. Him being part of management and administration has played a very negative role towards sympathising with the students. Meaning that some of the things we expected the institution to do to support the tragedies that had befallen the students, they have played no role whatsoever, and he seems to be at the pivotal centre for that".
