POE1 3.26 Ice Nova Occultist Leaguestarter Build Guide

This is another off-meta build that I've spent many leagues playing and many hours iterating and building on. Ice Nova has always been my favorite skill in Path of Exile, and while I'm sad to see the nerfs, I'm still excited to play it! Witch is also my favorite class, and the two pair so well together. I completely understand if you see this and decide that it's not for you. It is off-meta and I don't imagine many people will play it, especially since there are so many other leaguestarters out there that are faster, have more players and more support on the internet, more gear on the market, etc. It's not nearly as beast mode as my Infinite Vaal Lightning Strike build from 3.25, but it is my first love and has a special place in my heart. It's also like, 1000x cheaper to gear. I will say that I've spent many hours theorycrafting and building it out, it's been playtested, and I know the build inside and out. If you do want to try it, it will get you to the endgame, and then you can decide if you want to scale it beyond that. If you're a new player I'd highly recommend sticking with a streamer's leaguestarter, since you can always pop into their chat and ask them a question.
