Grob G326 5-Axis Dual Spindle Flexible Machining System

Two complete and one partial 5-Axis CNC high production flexible machining lines manufactured by Grob are available for negotiated sale. Both lines have a shared Fanuc Robot "load-in" station where the part is introduced to the Grob integrated gantry system. The gantry system has traveling arms for loading/unloading parts in to the (8) Grob G326 Dual Spindle 5-Axis CNC Machining Centers. Following the machining operations the parts are then loaded in to an SPC transfer station prior to being moved to (2) Sugino JCC-W6650TE Jet Clean Center CNC Washing and Deburring Machines. After the wash/deburr operation the parts are then moved to a Sugino drying machine. They are then presented to an independent Fanuc Robot at the end of each line for optical inspection and pack out.
