This mono-blue deck uses some of the strangest win-conditions in the Commander format. No combat damage, no infinite combos, no token swarm… instead, this 100€ budget EDH deck wins games simply by drawing cards. Vnwxt uses the Speed mechanic, you start your engines, hit max speed, and every time you would draw a card with Vinnie on the field, you draw two cards instead. That means a Brainstorm draws six, a wheel draws fourteen, and so on… Once we’re at max speed, often by turn 4 thanks to a package of evasive 1-drop creatures, the deck snowballs fast, digging into one of five unique win conditions that turn raw card draw into victory. This isn’t your typical mono-blue control shell. We’re not just countering spells and sitting back, we’re proactively building towards an inevitable win that doesn’t require a single point of combat damage. And all of it is possible on a 100€ budget, making this one of the most unique budget EDH brews I’ve built.
