Ivan is continuing to work on the engine for the Sebring spec Sprite. This week he has been messing about with the rockers. Brandishing his diamond file and filing them, then drilling holes in them to improve the oil flow. Plus he has refurbed an old Epco engine hoist. Sunday 11 May, Ivan will be supporting the Wallingford Car Rally, as he did last year. https://www.wallingfordcarrally.org.uk/. This is a fabulous grass roots event which raises over £25k each year for local charity and community initiatives. Parade tickets sold out very quickly. General entry is not ticketed and everyone is welcome but donations are requested, given the fundraising nature of the event. The following weekend, Shed Racing will have a stand at the Aston Hill Climb. https://astonhill100.com/. Once again another community fundraiser but with a vintage focus.
