In this video, we present an interesting case of a very large common bile duct (CBD) stone managed endoscopically. The procedure begins with a needle-knife pre-cut sphincterotomy, which facilitated the spontaneous passage of the stone without the need for active extraction. Following this, a balloon sweep was performed to ensure complete clearance of the CBD and confirm the absence of residual stones.
