Mariokart Deluxe in Real Life 😂 | Horizon Beranang Circuit 21Laps Super Sprint Race

What a weekend at Horizon Beranang Circuit 🔥 I joined the 21 Laps Super Sprint Race organized by Project Kar71ng. Qualifying went really well — managed to put the kart in P2. Honestly I was quite confident going into the race. But race pace told a different story… From the first few laps I realized something was off. Every time exiting the corner, the kart just didn’t have enough power. RPM took too long to climb, especially out of slow corners, and on this track that basically means you become an easy target on the straights. Lap by lap I kept dropping positions and eventually finished P8. Frustrating? Yes. But this race gave me something much better. I finally got to battle again with my long-time sifu ‪@azrulero‬ . We haven’t fought wheel-to-wheel on track for a long time, and those few laps reminded me why I started karting in the first place. No team orders, no pressure, just clean racing, defending lines, setting up overtakes and reading each other’s moves. End result might be P8, but the enjoyment level was P1. Sometimes racing is not about podiums — it’s about moments you can’t recreate anywhere else. Thanks to Project Kar71ng for organizing and all drivers for clean battles. See you guys on track again 👊
