Always consult your health care professional before beginning any exercise routine. If pain is felt on any exercise, discontinue immediately and contact your health care professional. Perform each exercise to a comfortable fatigue only. Never over do This video introduces: -Set Up - Finger & Thumb Elastic Loop Placement (0:16) -Exercise #1: HOHC - Hand Open / Hand Closed Exercise (#1 Handmaster Plus Exercise) (1:04) -Exercise #2: Wrist & Lateral Forearm (Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow Exercise) (2:25) -Exercise #3: Finger Tip Strength & Balance Exercise (4:54) These 3 exercises should be the focus of most beginners, ideally starting with the Exercise #1 (HOHC exercise) for 2-3 weeks and progressing to both Exercise #1 & 2. If applicable or recommended by a healthcare professional, add Exercise #3 after 4-5 weeks. Exercise #1 - Applications 1) Performance - to maximize performance and injury prevention in grip activities in sports, music, workplace, & hobby. Sports = golf, tennis, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, basketball, football, MMA, gymnastics, motocross, bmx, windsurfing, jetskiing, cycling, rowing, kayaking, etc. Music = guitar, bass, stringed instruments, piano, keyboard, wind sinstrument, percussions (drums, bells, etc), DJ. Workplace = trades, dental, surgical, banks, computers, check out, assembly line, restaurants, barbers/beauticians, seamstress, artist, painters, etc. Hobby - videogamers, gardeners, crafts, artist, etc. Our next series of videos will address our Advanced Handmaster Plus hand, wrist & forearm exercises.
