If you examine your own photos when you were young or a photo of any young woman or man, you will see that their eyebrows are very low and there is very little visible eyelid. So in order to make you younger one needs to have eyebrows brought down and it must be made fuller. Like magic, excess skin in the eye id disappears. Lower eyelid and associated bags face the same problems. Everyone wants to remove them with or without cutting the skin. In reality, if one doesn't have a medical problem, loose skin and bags appear because there is deficient tissue supporting them. Placing a small amount of fat in the lower eyelid and cheek takes care of the problem permanently and beautifully.
