We live in a world full of voices calling for our attention, our loyalty, our hearts. Without realizing it, we can begin to build small altars of our own: to success, to comfort, to control, even to good things that quietly take God’s place like comfort (that was mine). But Scripture reminds us that only one throne belongs in our lives. Today’s song is a prayer of surrender. A decision to lay every idol at His feet and return our worship to the One who alone is holy. When we choose to tear down what we’ve built in pride, God restores what was lost in love. He breaks chains. He purifies hearts. He reminds us that He reigns alone. So as you listen, let this be more than a song; let it be a moment of realignment.
