Today's workout is a full body HIIT circuit followed by a quick ab workout. We will be adding weights to some of the exercises for added resistance. Lots of powerful moves in this one today but remember to listen to your body and do what feels right for you! You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form.
