If you can return, that’s not so bad, but the real worry is when even “getting back into the workforce” becomes a major challenge. What’s the reality? I interviewed three friends who returned to traditional jobs after freelancing for 1 to 5 years. In these individuals who returned to the workforce, I observed many commonalities, and to my surprise, they seem quite happy with their decision.
