Walkthrough: CW3000 Rectangular Wastewater Clarifier

In this video, Joe walks you through the CW3000 Rectangular Clarifier that was set up for a dredging job. The industrial clarifier treated 4500 GPM of bottom ash dredge slurry. The clarifier tank holds 41,000 gallons and contains a 24", 50 hp screw conveyor motor. First, Joe explains that the clarifier has been placed for a dredging project and that the underflow is fed into dewatering bags. Next, he'll walk you through the control panel and screw conveyor motor before walking to the top of the machine. Then he highlights the inflow pipe and the flow of the water once it enters the machine. Plus, you'll get a quick overview of the dredging project and how they're treating the dredged material.
