How Tom Scott REALLY Got Over His Fear Of Rollercoasters | Hypnotherapist Reacts And Explains

In this video I break down my thoughts about Tom Scott overcoming his fear of rollercoasters. I explain the process of removing a phobia and how Tom achieved it here. Roughly 10% of people on the planet are aware if having a specific fear or phobia. This week one of my favourite YouTubers confronted one of theirs and managed to beat it!In this video I’m going to give you my thoughts on exactly how they succeeded in doing that. If you’ve spent any time on YouTube in the last decade or so then you’ll be well aware of Tom Scott. He was a YouTuber pretty much before the term existed and for years he’s been posting some for the most educational, fascinating and at times just plain weird content out there. He’s even got videos that manage to make computer programming sound interesting. Last week he posted his latest video in which he goes to a theme park to confront his long standing fear of rollercoasters. As you may know, I’m a mind coach and for more than a decade now I’ve been working with people to help them overcome all sorts of emotional and psychological issues, and one of the things I work with a lot is fear. So you can imagine how excited I was when this video popped up on my recommended list. I couldn’t resist having a look at this and breaking down what I felt were the key moments that turned what could have been an unpleasant day of doing the thing you’re most afraid of into a triumphant and liberating process of overcoming and getting rid of a long lasting phobia.
