What's going on everybody Rob here with a little video and installing the Stern saver transducer mount for your boat. We just purchased a brand-new fiberglass boat and the last thing I wanted to have to do was drill two holes below the waterline to mount a transducer. I was actually thinking and drooling into a piece of wood and mounting the transducer in a piece of wood and clamping that to the back of the transom. Then I came across a product called the Stern saver. The Stern saver cost about 30 bucks for the mini one and 50 bucks for the large one. On this application I kind of wish I would've bought the large one and cut it to fit on the V hull. The Stern saver is very easily to apply and I am a lot more confident of knowing I have no drill holes below the waterline. The Stern saver does take 24 hours to cure. But after that it seems very sturdy. I have not put the boat on the water as of yet so I will update this video on the Stern saver after I have the boat on the water for about a week. As for right now I think the Stern saver works amazing and is very easy to install. Thanks for watching, ROb Here AKA Trev2323
