Several injury marks were found on his body and his hands and feet were tied. This has raised many serious questions about the security of minorities before the elections. The victim has been identified as Ratan Sahukar, who used to work in tea gardens in Champa area. His body was found around 10 am on Wednesday. According to initial information, deep wounds were visible on his body and his hands and feet were tied.
