Most of us are probably aware of the value of working with data. At the same time, there are certainly people among us who would like to start, but do not know where to start. There are probably people among us who have already had their first attempts, but they did not delight the team, and the metrics themselves died a tragic death. I've been there, seen that. Based on my own mistakes, a sense of shame in front of the team and setbacks, while working with many Scrum and Kanban teams, I will guide you through the practices that helped me start doing it right. I will show you how to include working with metrics in our everyday life and start improving based on data.
